Ricardo Pérez Eligio, founding partner of the firm P&R and associates, S.C., was born in Monterrey, Nuevo León. In 1980, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences and College of Criminology at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León in 2005. Ricardo has practiced his profession in the tax, social security, industrial and intellectual property areas since then.
He worked in the Tax Administration Service from 2005 to 2015 and has collaborated with several legal firms focusing on providing benefits to his clients in tax matters, social security, protection of industrial and intellectual information, corporate law, labor law among others.
He has diplomas, certifications, as well as workshop experience in the following areas: Legal and labor hermeneutics, effective leadership, management skills, negotiation and leadership, effective communication, substantiation and motivation of resolutions, information security, tax fraud, precautionary assurance, transformation, merger and division of companies, assembly minutes, prevention of money laundering, tax law, private law, intellectual and industrial property, gender equality and egalitarian masculinities, labor reform, tax reform, financial reporting standards and international auditing standards.
Throughout his professional career, he has helped his clients to obtain economic benefits, reduce operating costs, minimize legal risks and provide/procure unbeatable positioning in the market. Currently Ricardo is studying the ever-changing world of tax and financial laws. Likewise, he supervises all legal aspects of the services offered by the firm.
